What exactly am I singing up for?

A private podcast feed filled with teaching lessons you can listen to as works with the flow of your life. There are many lessons available of variable lengths for listening and download. A new lesson is released at least every two weeks plus bonus meditations, plant spirit tidbits and more consantly being added.
